To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but usually take 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

All products are shipped free of charge.
If an order is returned for any reason, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the cost of the product (excluding the return shipping fee) will be refunded to the customer.
